Returns & Refunds
For in-stock items, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopma.pe, including your order number and the reason for the request.
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
As our workshop and main office are based in Peru, returns involve a significant logistical and environmental effort.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Shipping, handling, and logistics costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service (such as DHL), as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method or as store credit.
Made-to-order, pre-order, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
European Union
For orders shipped within the European Union, a 14-day withdrawal period applies from the date of delivery, without the need for justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Shipping, handling, and logistics costs are non-refundable.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Natural variations inherent to artisanal processes are not considered defects.
