Shipping & Delivery

 

At Ma, customer satisfaction is a priority. We are committed to preparing and dispatching each order with care, ensuring it reaches its destination as efficiently as possible.

All orders are shipped internationally from Lima, Peru.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over S/ 1,500 (USD 500).

For orders below USD 500, a flat shipping rate applies based on destination:

USD 45 for South and Central America

USD 50 for North America

USD 55 for Europe

USD 60 for the rest of the world

In-stock items require up to 7 business days for preparation prior to dispatch. Transit times may vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

Once the order arrives in the destination country, additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
