Shipping & Delivery

 

Every MA piece is woven by hand, to order — so please read the timing below before you order.

 

Free worldwide shipping. Shipping is complimentary on every order, to every country. It is already included in the price, with no minimum and no fee at checkout.

 

Made to order. We do not keep most pieces in stock. Your order is woven for you after you place it, by our artisans in Peru. Production takes approximately six weeks. If a piece happens to be finished and ready, it ships within a few days, and we will let you know.

 

How it ships. Every order is sent from Lima, Peru by DHL, fully tracked. Once your piece is finished, it typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch, depending on destination. You will receive tracking by email the moment it ships.

 

Total time, start to finish. Please plan for about six to seven weeks from order to delivery. We stay in touch along the way — when your piece is in the maker's hands, and again when it is on its way to you.

 

Customs & duties. Any import duties or taxes applied by your country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
